International Competition

GymStars Gymnastics Club wishes to invite you to the Gymstars International Competition held in Malta on the 19th / 20th July 2008. This competition is divided into four categories:

• Category 1: Competition A - FIG
• Category 2: Competition B - FIG Modified
• Category 3: Competition C - Developing Competition
• Category 4: Competition D - Developing Competition

The aim is to give the opportunity for those developing gymnasts to compete in an international friendly event. The competition for Women's Artistic will be on Saturday 19th July 2008 and for the Men's Artistic on Sunday 20th July 2008.

In our December Competition we had particpating clubs from Sweden, UK, Barcelona, Slovenia, Belgium, Netherlands Germany. This year we all also will be inviting clubs from Italy, Canada, France and Jersey. This event is promising a good array of talent and healthy competition.

This year we can offer our own hostel accommodation, airport transfers, accommodation on full board basis, banquet in the old palazzo and competition entry - all for less than €200. Club delegates who wish to arrive earlier or leave later than competition dates, may do so on special arrangements with the club. Please not that accommodation is on first come-first serve basis and travelling parents will only be accommodated on the premises depending on the number of athletes attending.

This year, any club interested may stay on for another 4 days and join us in our training camp organized by our international performance and fully qualified coaches

This competition is approved by the MALTA GYMNASTICS FEDERATION.
