Parties

GymStars partiesGymStars is also known for the fantastic gymnastics parties they organise for children. GymStars caters for all ages and abilities and every party is tailor made for the young participants. Children are asked to dress comfortably to ensure total freedom when doing exercises and have a great time exercising and playing games. Our team first ensures that the children warm up to prevent any injuries. The group is then divided into smaller groups of about 8 students per instructor. The instructor then helps every individual to a series of exercises on the various equipment available, such as rings and bars. All the equipment used and exercises are chosen specifically according to the children's age and ability. Younger children do not make use of the competition equipment but rather make use of special tumbling and scaled down equipment.
